Refund Policy

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you have 60 days after you receive the order to explore the benefits of the product and draw your own conclusions.

If you decided that the product is not for you, here is what you have to know:

All items purchased online can be returned within 60 days after they have been received by you.

We accept returns of all unopened items within 60 days of receiving them for a full refund minus any shipping fees. To get a refund, you should send ALL the items you received back to our warehouse, at the following address: 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011, USA. Please keep in mind that we do not support the return shipping costs. It’s ok if you sent them even on the 59th day of your 60-day money back guarantee period and we receive them several days later.

As long as you sent back ALL the purchased items, you can rest assured the refund will be processed in only a few days after we receive your package.

Important returns information

Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

  • Books with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after the original delivery date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Do not worry if in the meantime your credit card expired or you got a new one. We will process the refund and your bank will automatically deposit the funds on your new card.

Exchanges and reshipments

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@fluxactive.net and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 60 days from the date of delivery
